Pricing for Nutrition Support

How My Pricing Works

Many nutritional therapists have a fixed menu of sessions and prices.

Needs vary from person to person, and I prefer to design packages to suit based on individual circumstances and priorities.

In designing a package, considerations will include the complexity of the case, desired objectives and level of support together with any limits on time and budget. Based on these I will give a recommendation for an initial package of sessions and support.

Introductory Package

For those who are new to nutritional therapy, and do not have complex needs, I offer an introductory package. I will review your current dietary habits and identify the most impactful changes you can make for your health goal.

This package requires you to complete a short questionnaire and keep a detailed food log for at least 3 days.

Investment: £150.

Traditional Packages

Packages may be as limited as an initial consultation and one follow-up for simpler cases or could include more follow-ups where cases are more complex.

Initial Packages

Full initial consultations include a 90 minute session and a 30 minute session for questions about your personalised plan. A completed medical history questionnaire is required prior to the first appointment.

Follow-up sessions are typically 30-60 minutes depending on need.

Online support between sessions includes access to instant messaging, food-logging software and support resources via my secure client portal.

Investment for a one-month package of support starts at £750. More complex cases generally need a minimum 3-month commitment with a typical investment of £1500. Monthly instalments are available.

On-Going Support

For clients wishing to work on a longer-term goal extending beyond their initial package, we can create a package of support that's right for your needs.

Typical examples include booking a block of sessions to draw on as needed, or setting up a regular schedule of sessions with monthly payments.

  • Yes, this is an online practice, and consultations are conducted via video calls in a secure and dedicated patient portal.

  • During your free 20-minute discovery call, we’ll discuss your health goals, challenges and what kind of programme would be right for you. I’ll answer your questions and by the end of the call, you’ll have clarity about your next steps – even if it’s not with me.

  • A holistic approach to healing is not an overnight fix, but most people experience benefits within a month or so. Many clients notice begin to see improvements in their energy and digestion within 4-6 weeks. More complex issues may take longer to resolve, but with consistent effort, progress is achievable.
