FAQs

  • Yes, this is an online practice, and consultations are conducted via video calls in a secure and dedicated patient portal.

  • During your free 20-minute discovery call, we’ll discuss your health goals, challenges and what kind of programme would be right for you. I’ll answer your questions and by the end of the call, you’ll have clarity about your next steps – even if it’s not with me.

  • Initial consultations are 90 minutes with a 30-minute session to go through your plan.

    You will also need to allow time to complete a medical history questionnaire prior to your consultation so we make best use of the consultation time.

    Follow-up sessions depend on how we design your package but are typically 30 - 60 minutes.

  • A holistic approach to improving health is not an overnight fix, but most athletes notice improvements such as increased energy, more comfortable digestion, improved sleep and focus within 4-6 weeks. More complex issues may take longer to resolve but with consistent effort, performance benefits are achievable.

  • I offer nutritional therapy support for a wide variety of health issues. The more common ones are:
